Illustrative future workflows. Proposed actions require human review.

ProductionWhen production plans meet reality
The signal
An expected material delivery falls behind the production schedule.
The context
Material availability, staffing, production requirements, and downstream commitments.
The reviewed next step
A proposed sequencing adjustment for the operations lead to review, with safety and quality requirements in view.
Warehouse & distributionWhen “ready” needs a second look
The signal
A shipment is marked ready, but a staging check remains incomplete.
The context
Pick records, staging confirmation, departure timing, and team responsibilities.
The reviewed next step
A proposed verification task for the responsible lead before confirming shipment readiness.
Multi-site operationsWhen one delay reaches multiple sites
The signal
An inbound transport delay could affect more than one location.
The context
Receiving capacity, local priorities, staffing, and dependent work across sites.
The reviewed next step
A proposed coordination plan for site leads to review before changing schedules or assignments.

Our non-negotiables

Trust is earned
before scale.

OPSARYX is being shaped around real operational workflows. These principles set the standard for what we build—and how we build it.

01 /

Safety before speed.

Safety, quality, and the people doing the work come first. Operational pressure should never change that standard.

02 /

Evidence before claims.

Build carefully. Validate each step. Stay honest about what is known, what is still being developed, and what AI should do.

03 /

Control before autonomy.

Support human judgment with context and recommendations. Keep responsibility and oversight central to execution.

Operator-led, from day one

Built from
real operations.

Jorge Figueroa brings 15 years of hands-on leadership across high-volume food production, multi-site operations, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. His career has been built on the floor—developing teams, strengthening daily execution, and solving the problems that stand between a plan and reliable results.

His experience spans safety, quality, sanitation, supply chain, labor and capacity planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement. He founded OPSARYX to give operations-heavy businesses a clearer way to connect people, processes, and existing systems—so risks surface earlier, ownership is clear, and teams can act with confidence.
